Keeping a label on popular mood we constantly renew our resolve to provide faster and economical environment for to the honoured citizens of this Doon city for grievance redrassal. We are here to translate hopes and dreams into reality. We shall not relax and retire until we are able to move closest to the people's aspirations in the realm of comfortable living with appropriate facilities one can ever wish for.

     This is the first step in our thrust for gaining the faith of the honoured citizens by introducing the grievance redressal through the latest technology (web–based) by reaching to your door-step. At this occasion I would like to congratulate the entire elected and staff members of Nigam for this endeavour.

      I trust hardships on both the fronts will be minimized in due course of time by active follow-up and support of our honoured citizens and wish to take this platform to inform that more such initiatives will be introduced during this year.

I urge our honourable citizen to make use of this initiative to the fullest to enable us to live up to your expectations.
