Dehradun Nagar Nigam is implementing first Solar City Plan in Uttrakhand and a brief report regarding the progress is as follows.
The Solar City Plan Dehradun has been approved from Ministry of New & Renewal Energy and progress is under process. Draft Master Plan has been prepared and final would be prepared approximately with in a month.
The solar city cell has been formed at Nagar Nigam level and cell is working on organizing stakeholder meeting regarding the implementation.
